CREAPHARM Cosmetics, specialized in the manufacture and packaging of cosmetic products, is looking for a Production Manager on permanent contract based in La Neuville en Hez (60 – near Beauvais).

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will integrate and manage a team of seven people in an industrial packaging workshop.

Your integration into the company will be facilitated by a tailored induction program built around the company’s various business lines.

Your main tasks will be:

Manager les équipes de conditionnement

Organiser le conditionnement dans le respect des cahiers des charges, des délais clients et des BPF

Planifier les opérations de conditionnement (approvisionnement, main d’œuvre, équipements)

Valider les modes opératoires concernant le conditionnement et les documents liés

Faire les bilans de productions

Suivre les indicateurs

Remonter et signaler toute anomalie et non-conformités

Participer à l’amélioration et l’évolution de l’outil industriel en adéquation avec les objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise et en lien avec le responsable technique

Être garant du processus amélioration continue : mise en place du suivi (LEANCURE), analyse des indicateurs et mise en place des plans d’actions

Suivre les temps réalisés au conditionnement et en vérifier l’adéquation avec ceux budgétés

Coordonner les approvisionnements des lignes de conditionnement

Assurer les envois de produits pour les analyses bactériologiques et dosages faits en externe

Respecte et fait respecter les consignes d’hygiène

Vous avez une première expérience dans le domaine industriel avec une pratique sur des logiciels de production type ERP, suivi de TRS... ainsi qu’en anglais vous permettant d’échanger avec les différents interlocuteurs externes.

Profile required

With a 4-year degree in industrial production management, you are organized, rigorous and have good interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with a wide range of contacts. You have a good sense of analysis and anticipation.

You have initial experience in the industrial field, with practical experience of ERP-type production software, TRS monitoring, etc., as well as in English, enabling you to communicate with various external contacts.
